About Sophie

I never really understood the meaning of loving myself and spent most of my younger years looking externally for love and validation - until I realised it all came from within.

I haven’t always been on this journey, but for the last 13 years I have done a lot of inner work to to get to where I am today. Turning inwards and prioritising myself has been the most transformational experience of my life.

I am passionate about working with women to help them achieve the same and live a life that is truly aligned to their truth. I would love to be a part of your journey and help you find fulfilment.
